By participating in The Crypto Hero Mega Quest (the "Competition"), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") and any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

Cyrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition or any part of it, for any reason, and specifically if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Cyrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition or the Cyrator platform. Cyrator maintains the right to determine and make any decisions affecting the nature of the Competition in its sole discretion.

Cyrator also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and communicated in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
